1. Introduction
In this policy, “Redland” refers to Redland Pte. Ltd., with UEN number 202304648K (hereinafter collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).We operate the websites (collectively referred to as the “Website”), mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “App”), as well as our social media pages, products, and/or services.The Website, App, social media pages, products, and/or services are collectively referred to as our “Services.”
This Privacy Policy, along with the applicable “Terms” (defined in the Appendix) and any other contractual terms applicable between you and us, sets out how we use, disclose, and process personal data (as defined below) that we collect from you or that you provide to us. It also explains the types of personal data we collect, how we ensure its security, and how you can access or modify the personal data we hold about you. Links to our Websites, Apps, and relevant terms are provided in the Appendix.
By accessing, subscribing to, using, or entering into an agreement for any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms and any other applicable documents for the specific Services you use.

5. Withdrawing Consent; Requesting Access, Deletion, and Correction of Personal Data

Depending on the nature of your request, we may no longer be able to provide our services, which may result in the deletion of your account(s) with us. Upon receiving your notice, we will inform you of the potential consequences of withdrawal, including but not limited to termination of any agreements with us and any breach of contractual obligations. In such cases, we expressly reserve our legal rights and remedies.
6. Retention, Destruction, Deletion, or Anonymization
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Thereafter, we will seek to destroy, permanently delete, or anonymize the data.

Our services may occasionally include links to websites of partners, networks, and vendors. We also allow certain third parties to display applications and/or widgets within our services to enable interaction and content sharing, such as social media buttons (e.g., Facebook "Share" and "Like," Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+). These linked sites, applications, and widgets are not under our control, and we are not responsible for the actions of companies linked to our website/apps or their data collection via third-party applications/widgets. When clicking links to external sites, note that they have their own privacy policies, for which we assume no responsibility. We are not responsible for personal information you voluntarily disclose or display while using our services or information provided through channels not operated by us.
