Agents who post on PropSeek enter their CEA registration number and confirm their details.
What “Details under review” means
When the details match the public register automatically, the listing goes live. If they cannot be matched yet, we let it through first and a person reviews it on the next working day. During that time the page shows “Details under review”.
What it means for tenants
- You can browse and contact the listing as usual.
- Pay no deposit before viewing, and check the agent on the CEA public register yourself.
- The badge updates by itself once the review passes.
If you find that an agent’s details are wrong, report the listing from the listing page.
