How to spot it
- The address, the floor and the photos do not fit together.
- The same photos appear elsewhere at a different price.
- They send pictures but will not show the home in person.
What to do
- Check the address and photos, and ask to view in person.
- Look at the verification badges in the app, and take extra care with unverified listings.
- Report suspicious listings in the app.
